Return Policy

You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected, and will be credited back to your original form of payment. If your order arrives with any damages, defects, missing pieces, or incorrect items, please let us know within 7 days so we can make it right.

The Scentfinity team will do our utmost to assist and troubleshoot with you to have your machine working optimally. Please contact us for support and details so we can assist you. If your machine needs physical repair, our team will troubleshoot via phone or arrange a home service call if necessary and if you are located within our service region. Please note that service and repair prices will vary depending on your location, the machine model, and the work required.
