    FAQs

    How does HVAC scenting work?

Our specially designed, state-of-the-art scent diffuser systems can be tapped into your HVAC (heating and cooling) system. Using cold air diffusion technology, the scent machine dispenses just the right amount of scent into your home. The machine breaks the oil into tiny particles, leaving no residue. It is then released into your HVAC duct work, along with your AC, heat or fan, allowing perfectly balanced fragrances to be sent through multiple vents in your home.

How many ScentfinityMax machines do I need?

It depends on which areas you are looking to scent in your home and how many HVAC units you have. Every HVAC unit needs its own max.

What if I have split units?

We install the scentfinitymax into your AC system and you would need to keep your fan on in order for the scent to travel in the winter.

How long does the scent last?

It generally lasts between 2 and 4 months. It depends on the settings that you set it to.

How does it get installed into my HVAC System?

We can send our professional technicians to install the machine into your HVAC system. Contact us to see if we service your area.
