About Us
Nearly a decade ago, I developed Phonamations to deliver the ultimate caller experience. Starting with clients throughout New York and New Jersey, we soon reached out to businesses throughout the entire country who embraced our professionally tailored, personal approach to on-hold marketing. We grew quickly by offering a product that actually exceeds what it promises and by delivering that product with uncompromising customer service.
As we continued to grow, more and more clients asked us to help them maintain and extend that positive consumer experience within their facilities. I wanted to find the ultimate branding method and apply our proven customer service philosophy to its delivery. After years of research, it was obvious that using ambient scenting was the perfect solution. The formation of sister company Scentfinity enabled me to provide what I believe (and science confirms) to be one of, if not the most effective branding strategies available with scent marketing.
